Bastia have denied that they are in discussions with Arsenal over a potential deal for midfielder Florian Thauvin.
The French under-20 international has been touted as a potential star of the future despite only making 20 appearances for the Corsican side, leading to reported interest from Arsene Wenger.
But in a statement put out by Bastia, the club denied any such potential deal.
"Sporting Club de Bastia categorically denies the discussions with Arsenal about Florian Thauvin," it stated.
